  Warranty Terms of KTC Monitor

  Since 1st Mar. 2007, KTC has fully upgraded the after-sales service policy and launched the program “Three-year Warranty Providing Reliable Service” to reward the consumers. Any KTC monitor (except those used in business premises) shall enjoy three-year warranty service for free (including material expenses and repair charges). See the details below:

 

  1. Warranty Commitment on LCD Monitor

  1) Any KTC LCD monitor (except those used in business premises) purchased after 1st Mar. 2007 shall enjoy three-year warranty service for free as a whole (including LCD screen). As for those KTC monitors used in business premises, the LCD screen and other components shall respectively enjoy two-year and three-year warranty service.

  2) As for the KTC LCD monitors purchased between 1st Mar. 2006 and 28th Feb. 2007, the LCD screen and other components shall respectively enjoy thirteen-month and three-year warranty service for free.

  3) As for the KTC LCD monitors purchased between 1st Sep. 2003 and 28th Feb. 2006, the LCD screen and other components shall respectively enjoy thirteen-month and fifteen-month warranty service for free.

 

  2. Warranty Commitment on CRT Monitor

  1) Any KTC CRT monitor (except those used in business premises) purchased after 1st Jan. 2006 shall enjoy three-year (as from the invoice date) warranty service for free as a whole. As for those KTC CRT monitors used in business premises, the CRT and other components shall respectively enjoy two-year and three-year warranty service for free.

  2) As for the KTC CRT monitors purchased between 1st Sep. 2003 and 31st Dec. 2005, the CRT & FBT (Fly Back Transformer) and other components shall respectively enjoy fifteen-month and three-year warranty service for free (as from the invoice date).

 

  3. Warranty Commitment on LCD TV

  As for HORIZON TV, the LCD screen and main circuit components shall enjoy three-year warranty service, while other materials and accessories shall enjoy one-year warranty service (as from the invoice date).

  Note:

  1. The packaging materials and casing components do not fall within the warranty range.

  2. A reasonable part of the freight charges arising from paid services or repairs for the products exceeding one year (as from the invoice date) shall be borne by the customer.

  KTC provides nationwide warranty services. Wherever you purchase and use a KTC monitor in China (except Hong Kong, Macau, or Taiwan), you can enjoy quality services in any service center in China authorized by KTC if the monitor has a hardware fault within the warranty range.
