Warranty Service Commitment on KTC Product
Since 1st Mar. 2007, Shenzhen KTC Technology Co., Ltd (KTC )has fully upgraded the after-sales service policy and launched the program “Three-year Warranty Providing Reliable Service” to reward the consumers. Any KTC TV,displayer (except those used in business premises) shall enjoy the following warranty service for free (including material expenses and repair charges). See the details below:
1、Warranty Commitment on LCD/LED displayer
Any KTC LCD/LED displayer ,the whole machine(including LCD/LED screen) purchased after 1st Mar. 2007 shall enjoy three-year warranty service for free. (Note:except those used in business premises). As for those KTC used in business premises, the LCD/LED displayer screen and other components shall respectively enjoy two-year and three-year warranty service；
2、Warranty Commitment on LCD/LED TV
Any HORIONT TV(as from the invoice date)LCD/LED screen and main circuit components shall enjoy three-year warranty service. Other material and accessories shall enjoy one-year warranty service.
a、The packaging materials and casing components do not fall within the warranty range.
b、A reasonable part of the freight charges arising from paid services or repairs for the products exceeding one year (as from the invoice date) shall be borne by the customer.
3、Warranty Commitment on Tablet PC
HORION tablet PC screen and main circuit component can enjoy free warranty for 1 year(since invoice issued date).
KTC provides nationwide warranty services. Wherever you purchase and use a KTC displayer product in China (except Hong Kong, Macau, or Taiwan), you can enjoy quality services in any service center in China authorized by KTC if the KTC displayer product has a hardware fault within the warranty range.
