KTC After-sales Service Policy for LCD product

Dear User,

Thanks for purchasing KTC LCD products,including LCD TV,display, tablet PC, advisement player,industrial monitor,display wall.To protect your rights and interests, electronic white waterproof TV product (hereinafter referred to "LCD product").In order to protect your rights and remove worries for the future,Shenzhen KTC Technology Co., Ltd (“KTC” for short) hereby makes the following guarantee commitments on KTC LCD products.

 

I.KTC Fully Implements the Following Rules and Regulations of “National Three Guarantees Rule” for KTC LCD products:

1.If LCD products have any performance fault specified in the Microcomputer Performance Fault List (see Annex 1) within 7 days as from the purchase date, you can return it or ask for a replacement or repair. If you decide to return the product, the seller shall offer a full refund of the invoice price at one time.
2.If the LCD products have any performance fault specified in the Microcomputer Performance Fault List during the 8th~15th days as from the purchase date, you can ask for a replacement or repair. If you ask for a replacement, the seller shall offer a same model with the same specification. If the same model with the same specification is out of production, the seller shall offer a same brand of product whose performance is not lower than the original product.
3.If the TV,display,tablet TV fail to work even if repaired twice within one year as from the purchase date, the seller shall offer a same model with the same specification as a free replacement based on the repair record provided by the repair person. If the same model with the same specification is out of production, the seller shall offer a same brand of product whose performance is not lower than the original product.
4.The“National Three Guarantees" shall be void in the following cases:
(1)The “Three Guarantees” period expires.
(2)The damage (like broken circuit board / casing caused by improper transportation, drop or strike, scratched, crushed or broken LCD screen, deformed LCD shadow mask, etc.) is caused by failure to follow the User Manual to use, protect or store the LCD products.
(3)The LCD product is dismantled and damaged by the repair person without “Three Guarantees” authorization.
(4)You fail to show the effective document for “Three Guarantees” or effective invoice (unless the LCD product is certified to fall within the “Three Guarantees” period).
(5)The document for “Three Guarantees” is altered without permission.
(6)The model No. or product code specified in the document for “Three Guarantees” does not conform to the actual product. 
(7)The damaged is caused by pirated software.
(8)The damage is caused by virus.
(9)You can not provide the factory name, factory address, production date, or Certificate of Quality. 
(10)The damage is caused by force majeure.

 

II.KTC’s Standard Service Commitment on KTC LCD product

In addition to the above “National Three Guarantees” services, KTC also provides the following service commitment:

Standard Service Commitment

KTC provides nationwide warranty services. Wherever you purchase and use a KTC LCD product in China (except Hong Kong, Macau, or Taiwan), you can enjoy quality services in any service center in China authorized by KTC if the LCD product has a hardware fault within the warranty range. Please dial the HORION after-sales service number of KTC Group :  4006-818-999 or directly contact with a service center authorized by KTC.

 

1.Warranty Commitment on LCD /LED Product
As for KTC /LCD TV,display,key parts(include LCD/LED screen,circuit part) ,we provide three-year warranty service for free (only for those used in business premises) . As for those  LCD/LED screen used in business premises, we provide two-year warranty service for LCD/LED screen and three-year warranty service for other components.  
2.Warranty Commitment on Tablet PC
As for the tablet PC,we provide one-year warranty service for free.
3.Advisement player,industrial monitor,display wall
As for the machine used in commerce,we provide one-year warranty service for free.

(Note:1. The packaging materials and casing components do not fall within the warranty range.2. A reasonable part of the freight charges arising from paid services or repairs for the products exceeding one year (as from the invoice date) shall be borne by the customer.)


III.Identification of Warranty Period

1.Warranty Documents: effective warranty documents include the effective Warranty Card and invoice (or copy); if you fail to show the effective warranty documents, we shall calculate the warranty period as from the production date of your KTC LCD product, which comes from the barcode.
2.Identification of Warranty Period: the warranty period of LCD/LED product shall be calculated as from the invoice date and does not include the time delayed by repairs and lack of spare parts. If the last day of the warranty period is a statutory holiday, the day following the statutory holiday shall be considered as the last day of the warranty period. 
3.Ownership of Replaced Product or Components: when the service center authorized by KTC replaces the whole product or some faulty components, the original product or faulty components shall be owned by the service center.

After-sales Service Time of KTC: 8:30 – 17:30, Monday – Friday.

V.Scope of Paid Services 

1.The warranty period expires.

Annex 1:Microcomputer Performance Fault List (LCD/LED Product)

1.The power indicator gets on when the LCD/LED Product is connected properly to the power, but no image is displayed.
2.The image of LCD/LED product is out of sync, distorted, oscillated, or torn.
3.The image brightness of LCD/LED product can not be adjusted.
4.The image color is missing.
5.The screen turns white or mottled.
